Ocean Quest Pools cheerfully provides some of the finest, most comprehensive scheduled route services available. Each visit, our knowledgeable staff will brush, net, vacuum, test and adjust water chemistry. In addition, pump baskets, skimmer baskets and automatic cleaner bags & containers will be emptied and cleaned. Equipment will be checked for operation and functionality as well as the overall “health” of the equipment. The entire visit will be documented via an electronic service log sent via e-mail to every customer. For added piece-of-mind our technicians will document each cleaning with a GPS, time-stamped photograph of the condition of the pool.

A major aspect of pool ownership is protecting your investment. This involves a periodic inspection of pumps, filters, chemical feeds, electronics, automation, valves, various plumbing, pool fittings, skimmers, & plaster condition to name a few. Many home warranty contracts, lease agreements and extended equipment warranties require a quarterly inspection to maintain their warranties. Our diagnostic check-up includes the following:

Clean filter grids, cartridges, screens & elements

Backwash the system

Replace/recharge diatomaceous earth

Check pump & motor operations

Check switches & valve actuators

Check fasteners, sound levels & running temperature

Confirm proper water pressure & adequate priming

Check valve operations

Inspect above ground plumbing for leaks

Confirm cleaner operation

Check heater operations (firing, pilot light, flame color, burner tray, gas leaks, water flow, thermostat and cleanliness)

Check electrical system, including automatic timer, clock, controller, battery backup, lights, wiring integrity, conduit condition, ground fault interrupter, auto fill system, freeze protection, spa blower and other accessories

Inspect cover for condition and proper operation, anchors & straps and motor operation*

Confirm operation of all chemical systems including ozonator, mineral purifier, salt generator* and/or EcoSmarte(TM) system

inspect safety systems, including anti-vortex suction fittings, self-closing gates, and condition of diving board or slide.

Test water pH, chlorine levels, cyanuric acid, balance, alkalinity & hardness

Ocean Quest Pools works with the most reputable vendors to ensure the chemicals we put in your pool are free of impurities, contaminants and excessive “filler” material. Many foreign materials are added to off-brand, non-market chemicals to lower the cost of production and degrade the quality of product. These contaminants cause staining, improperly balanced water and result in expensive remedies. We use only the highest-quality pool chemicals to reduce the likelihood of staining, draining, cloudy water and ultimately save our customers money.
